Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Deraedge.com Ltd ("Deraedge", "we", "us") provides trading education through Deraedge Trading Academy. These Terms describe the conditions for using our academy website, enrolling in a program, and accessing educational services. These Terms and the policies presented at checkout form the agreement you accept before payment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter an enrollment agreement, and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for the enrollment details you submit and for protecting any access credentials issued to you. Do not use another person's identity or payment details without authorization.
3. Academy Programs and Services
The academy offers the Foundation Program (4 weeks), Professional Program (6 weeks), and Mastery Program (10 weeks). Enrollment is subject to program and cohort availability. Review the program description before enrolling. We may update educational content or schedules; material changes affecting an enrollment will be communicated to the student, subject to applicable consumer rights.
4. Enrollment
Select a program, provide the requested student information, review the price and policies, and continue to checkout. Required information includes your name, email address, and country. Payment is confirmed only after server-side verification. Admissions separately confirms cohort placement and arranges access. Invalid, fraudulent, or unauthorized applications may be rejected or cancelled; any payment already received will be reviewed under applicable law and the Refund Policy.
5. Pricing
Academy checkout offers US dollars (USD) and Nigerian naira (NGN), subject to availability through Paystack. Select your currency and review the total before authorizing payment. The program price displayed at checkout is the amount submitted to Paystack. Prices may change for future enrollments; a price change does not change an already agreed payment. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before you pay. Your bank may separately impose its own charges.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through Paystack's hosted checkout. You authorize the payment shown there using a payment method you are entitled to use. Deraedge does not collect your card details on this website. A redirect, screenshot, or bank debit alone is not confirmation of successful enrollment payment; we verify the transaction with Paystack.
If payment fails or remains pending, check its saved payment status and contact support with the reference before paying again. A payment confirmation is available after verification. Test-mode transactions do not collect real money or establish a paid enrollment. The website's payment confirmation is not a tax invoice.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your enrollment and request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) after your payment is verified. Email okolochinedu10@gmail.com with your enrollment name, program, payment reference, and reason. The deadline applies to sending your request, not to completion of refund processing. Never send card security codes or passwords.
Requests after this window are outside our standard cancellation period, but this does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by Nigerian law, including where services are not delivered as required. Refund completion depends on provider and bank processing; support will communicate the status of an approved request.

8. Program Access
Admissions arranges your cohort and access after payment verification and enrollment confirmation. Access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share credentials or restricted materials. Access may be suspended for suspected fraud, security incidents, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Program lengths are listed in section 3. Access to recordings or materials beyond the program period is included only where expressly stated in the program offer. Confirm any additional access period with admissions before paying; enrollment does not promise lifetime access.
9. Student Responsibilities
Keep your enrollment information accurate, respect instructors and other students, and participate without harassment or disruption. Use the website and learning resources responsibly. Do not share restricted course materials or allow another person to use your enrollment.
10. Intellectual Property
Course videos, documents, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by Deraedge or their respective licensors. Enrollment grants personal access for learning; it does not transfer ownership. Except where permitted by law or written permission, you may not copy, record, resell, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit restricted materials.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not commit fraud, obtain unauthorized access, abuse payment systems, impersonate another person, copy or resell restricted materials, introduce malicious software, or interfere with the website or other students' access. These rules do not restrict legitimate payment disputes or lawful consumer complaints.
12. Third-Party Services
Paystack and any external learning or communication services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies when using those services. Links to external websites do not transfer ownership or control of those websites to Deraedge, or remove our responsibilities for services we provide.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Enrollment information is used to process your application, verify payments, arrange access, communicate with you, and handle support requests. Payment references, enrollment details, and policy acceptance records are stored by the service. Paystack receives information needed to process and verify payments.

14. Disclaimers
Programs are educational. They do not guarantee profits, employment, investment returns, or any particular trading outcome. Trading involves risk, including financial loss. Educational examples do not constitute personalized financial or investment advice. Website availability may be affected by maintenance or third-party outages; service interruptions do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
You remain responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections. These Terms do not require you to waive statutory rights.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is fraud, unauthorized sharing, serious misconduct, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Urgent security restrictions may take effect immediately. Termination does not automatically remove any refund or other rights available under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
Updates will be identified by a revised date and policy version. Material changes affecting existing enrollments will be communicated as appropriate. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier enrollment. The checkout records the policy version accepted for an enrollment.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent Nigerian courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or your right to contact the relevant regulatory authorities.

20. Acceptance
Before continuing to payment, you must confirm that you are at least 18 and that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy presented at checkout. Acceptance is recorded with your enrollment and the applicable policy version. Viewing this page alone is not acceptance.
